As a child and teenager, I never really felt comfortable in my own skin. I often saw myself as ‘the odd one out’ and felt misunderstood and unseen.
I was a quiet, well-behaved girl who preferred observing others rather than engaging with them, even though I deeply longed for connection. I followed all the rules and never caused my parents any trouble. My inner world was richly layered and felt as vast as the entire universe.
Even as a child, I spent hours reflecting on myself and the world. I was curious to understand how I and others function — how human connection works. During adolescence, this self-reflection deepened. My ‘fine-tuned antennae’ also allowed me to perceive much more than other people.

“During my school years (I attended a vocational high school with a focus on social work), I was fortunate to learn from a wonderful psychology teacher. She didn’t just teach us dry theory, but invited us into self-exploration and experiential learning. I absorbed everything like a sponge. It was also during this time that I came into contact with systemic constellations for the first time. These experiences were deeply formative and consciousness-expanding.

“Music also played an important role in my life from an early age. At the age of four, I heard a violin for the first time and knew immediately: I wanted to learn this instrument. Yet it would be several years before I was finally able to start music lessons. At eleven, I went through a challenging period and stopped playing the instrument.
When I was in Switzerland, I missed making music and, following my intuition, decided to take singing lessons. I had always loved singing — as a teenager, before I even had a computer, I spent hours writing out song lyrics (listening to CDs and pausing repeatedly to write). Then I would sing the songs for hours, pouring my heart into them. At the age of 19, I also taught myself to play the guitar.
My singing teacher was a pivotal and important figure in my life journey. She was the first person to truly understand my high sensitivity, gently holding me in my insecurities without challenging my low self-esteem, offering me love and understanding instead. And of course, she also had a profound influence on my singing.
“Singing has been and continues to be deeply healing for me in many ways. It has given me greater self-awareness and self-worth. It has strengthened my ability to access and let my emotions flow. And it has nurtured my self-expression. Through singing, I can express what cannot be put into words.

Already in my early twenties, I was searching for answers about the universe and was interested not only in personal development but also in meditation. For example, during my trip to Japan, I explored Zen meditation.
“My studies, but above all my practical experience as a social pedagogue, gave me deep insights into the human experience. Supporting and guiding people has always called to me (which is why I chose this profession), and my natural abilities in this area have grown and developed significantly through hands-on experience.
“I spent a long time working with people considered ‘mentally ill.’ This experience was a truly unique life school. For me, there is much more behind these so-called ‘conditions’ than what conventional medicine understands — hence the quotation marks. But that is a topic in itself. In any case, during this time I learned a great deal about energies and their fields of influence.
“At the moment, I work part-time with people who have ‘intellectual disabilities.’ To me, disability or impairment is something that only arises through the structures of society. These individuals are important and play a vital role on this Earth: they challenge the notion of ‘normality.’ Because, in truth, there really is no such thing. We are all different. In my view, there is only a structure and set of expectations that are too rigid

“In 2016, I began my ‘deep dive’ into spirituality. I had already been interested in these topics, but from that point on, I truly opened Pandora’s box. Together with my then team colleague, who had been exploring these subjects for much longer, I had many fascinating and consciousness-expanding conversations. She became another guiding figure in my life, and I am deeply grateful for the time we shared.
“I discovered Hatha Yoga and began attending classes regularly. I started reading many spiritual books. I explored mantra singing and began playing the harmonium. I also engaged in spiritual-psychological guidance and had profound experiences in sessions with a regression therapist, who became another important figure in my personal growth and healing. I continued experimenting with various meditation techniques, such as Vipassana. In addition, I was initiated into Reiki according to Mikao Usui (1st degree) and applied Reiki to myself and my loved ones.

“The year 2019 opened a new level of experience for me. My four-month journey to India was a major turning point in my life. The one-month Yoga Teacher Training I completed had a cleansing and moving effect. My subsequent study of Indian mantras (Nada Yoga) with my private mantra teacher brought about even more profound transformations within me. India opened my heart like never before and reminded me of the primal trust that resides within me.
“My time as a volunteer, and later moving into a spiritual living and working community, profoundly shaped me once again. During this period, I met some of the most important heart-centered people in my life, and at the same time, the ‘rose-colored spiritual glasses’ came off. I became aware of many shadow aspects of this ‘bubble’ and, with some pain, realized where I had also built a ‘spiritual ego’ myself. This was a very important experience and insight, one that continues to test my humility.

“Although I had experimented with various meditation practices over the years, none of them really resonated with me. Many felt too ‘masculine’ or rigid (like Zen or Vipassana), while others simply seemed incomplete. Then, in recent years, I discovered trance, and a light went on within me. This was what I had been searching for all along! I had been missing the mediumistic aspect — and finally, I had found it.
I had always sensed that healing abilities lived within me, yet Reiki never truly resonated with me. Trance healing, once again, was the answer I had been searching for.
I am infinitely grateful for Tabea Keil’s guidance, both with personal matters and in learning the trance techniques.
Since this journey began, I have grown tremendously on an energetic level, and my work has evolved and transformed along with me. As is the way on this path, I will continue to change and develop over time.

I would be honored to accompany you on your journey of growth, even if just for a while — through my musical offerings or through distance healing.

Today

On my journey through life so far, I have learned to accept and love my ‘otherness.’ The journey toward self-love is likely one that will continue for me until the end of my life, constantly revealing new layers. What has made a decisive difference for my quality of life is cultivating joy in the present moment and rekindling my curiosity (Gwunder) about life. Life can be light, and it can be heavy — and both can exist at the same time.
What nourishes and sustains me are:
My rediscovered and unwavering primal trust
My connection to Mother Earth and the elements
My trust in and my connection to my spirit guides
My loving partner and trusted friendships
Singing, silence, being with the trees, climbing, hiking, dancing, yoga, mountains, ocean, sunlight
My devotion to life and the rediscovery of childlike joy
To honor and live the cyclical, feminine way of being

And to follow my calling — sharing music and healing with the world ❤︎

Professional Background &
