Do you offer a Yoga Teacher Training?

There are various ways I can support you in your YTT. The following options can be booked individually or combined as you wish:<\/p>\n\n\n

Professional and Experiential Workshop on Mantras<\/strong>
\u201cI will share 1\u20132 hours of insights on mantras, including practical exercises and demonstrations. I draw from my many years of experience as well as my intensive training in India (see further education). If desired, the session can also include guidance and exercises for freeing the voice and singing tips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SINGMANDALA<\/strong>
I offer a Sing Mandala (mantra singing) so that you can directly experience the power of mantras through your own voice and through singing together. The singing circle can be structured either as I usually offer the Sing Mandala, or focused primarily on the mantras that are most important for your YTT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

YOGA WITH LIVE MUSIC<\/strong>
We offer a yoga class where you teach the asanas and I accompany them musically with mantras and healing songs, allowing the trainees to experience the power of the mantras in a \u2018passive\u2019 way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
